The hike: We started in fairly late on day one.  Made it to Eagle lake and setup camp. The hike to Fairview was tough this year.  Lots of downed trees due to an avalanche over the winter. The community trail was hard to follow.  The hike to Strawberry was clear.  The hike to No Name lake is always a slog.

The fishing: Another great year of catching fish in this area.  We caught a good amount of fish between us all at eagle lake in about an hours time. Fairview was typical brookie fishing.  Two days at Strawberry produced some fine cutthroats.  We didn't catch anything this year at No Name lake. It's worth the gamble to make the climb. 

The weather:  Mostly sunny days.  There was some rain at the end of the trip.  It would rain and then clear off to a beautiful day.  It rained all night on WED.  The hike to Strawberry, the next morning, was very wet and cold.  It warmed up and was a good day of fishing.
