The hike: No hike this trip.  Mike had a knee replaced so we roughed it in the camper all week.

The fishing: Fishing was slow all week. We were belly boating and honestly didn't have the right gear for the size of the fish.  They are big lake trout and our high mountain lake/stream setup was not up to the task. Lot's of break offs as we fished with wooly buggers.  The ones we did catch were large (20"+) and healthy. 

The weather: Rained on us in the afternoons but we were prepared for it. The belly boating was fun.  Being on the water this was was a change of pace from prior trips.
